Leading onto another Rhetorical Device, it is called Exigence. Exigence is also called Exigency. It is where people demand urgent needs for ones self or for their community. It is just like, one being their own boss and needing certain equipment or certain staff to get the job done. Once the staff or people in their certain community hears about it, then it becomes a necessity for those people to get the main course/objective done.
