A Technical Engineering Proposal is a writing assignment in which engineers offer to direct research or project, persuading their audience on why the work is significant, why it should be done and that they, as engineers, have the capabilities and knowledge to get the job done. The proposal project was the biggest assignment out of the four assigned to us. The task was difficult at first because of the complication within my first group due to the lack of communication. The next group I was part of was very successful, we had ongoing communication and we had a goal to accomplish.
